What is an affiliate program?

An affiliate program is great because it's fruitful for all parties involved. You as a webmaster, Hostens as a company and a client, who gets to use good quality services. When you promote a company's (Hostens) services using a unique link, and a customer purchases Hostens' services, you will be rewarded with a commission.

How does it work?

It's simple as it looks! As you can see on the scheme above, simply promote Hostens services. Share your unique link on your website, grab your visitors' attention by using promotional resources such as banners, and earn commissions. For every new customer who purchases Hostens services by clicking your unique link, you will receive 15 USD + 20% from Order Value as commissions.

Payouts are created on the 1st date of each month. We approve all sales and payout your commission within a short 31 days period. The minimum payout amount is 100 Eur for all offers.

Will I manage my account through Hostens? If not, what platform will it be, and where will I see all information?

As Hostens is a part of the leading web hosting company named Miss Group, you will manage your account through the Miss Affiliate platform.

On the Miss Affiliate platform, you will be able to see how many people used your link and ordered our services and all relevant information.
Of course, if you have any questions, you can always contact your affiliate account manager.

What Hostens offers can I promote?

You can promote our Web Hosting and/or VPS services and get 15 USD + 20% from Order Value as commissions.

How much money can I earn as an affiliate?

There is no limit on the amount of money you can earn as an affiliate - It's all up to you and how much traffic and sales you generate to our offers.

How long will it take to get approved?

It might take a couple of minutes before you receive an email from us. Normally, we go through applications immediately when they come in. If the information you filled out is incorrect or incomplete, an account manager will contact you and ask you to submit this information.

Can I create my own banner material with your message and brand?

No, we are very strict with our graphic profile and want it to maintain the highest quality. If any graphic or size is missing, contact your Account Manager, whose information you can find in your Affiliate Dashboard (account), and we will provide that material for you.

How to see click time for a sale?

Simply go to "Reports/Conversion Report", select the field "Session Date/Time" in the filter, and this will display the actual time the click was made for any given sale.

Will I get the commission paid automatically?

We will send your commission straight to your bank account on the 1st date of each month (a PayPal account is necessary). We approve all sales and payout your commission within a short 31 days period. The minimum payout amount is 100 Eur for all offers.

Will I get paid just for the first new customer's order or renewal/ upgrade too?

We pay commission just for the first customer's invoice (we don't pay for renewals or upgrades).

I registered as an affiliate but haven't received a reply yet. How long does it take before I get approved?

We go through applications immediately when they come in. If the information you provided is complete and correct, you will be approved, and we will send you a confirmation email with your login details. If the information you filled out is incorrect or incomplete, an account manager will contact you and ask you to submit this information.
