In order to use FileZilla program for managing your server files, you’ll first have to download it from official source at:

http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/

Connecting to your server and saving login information

In order to manage your server files through FileZilla, you’ll first have open a program. After running FileZilla program follow these steps:

1. At the top menu select “File” -> “Site Manager”;
2. In opened window press “New Site”;
3. Enter your server and login information:
   • Host: SERVER_NAME.hostens.cloud (change SERVER_NAME to your actual server name);
   • Port: 21;
   • Protocol: FTP – File Transfer Protocol;
   • Encryption: Use plain FTP;
   • Logon Type: Normal;
   • User: your username;
   • Password: your password.
     Both username and password for main FTP user can be seen at Client area.
4. Ater filling out all information press “Connect” button.

Connecting to your server without saving login information

In order to manage your server files through FileZilla, you’ll first have open a program. After running FileZilla program just fill in quick-connect information at the top of the window and press “Quickconnect” button:

• Host: SERVER_NAME.hostens.cloud (change SERVER_NAME to your actual server name);
• Username: your username;
• Password: your password;
  Both username and password for main FTP user can be seen at Client area.
• Port: 21.
