Self-managed service means – that customers are mostly responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting issues related to server as they are the administrator of their own server. Hostens will ensure that any network issue, caused by data center fault is resolved in a timely manner. Customers can install desirable Linux operating system from client area after successful server provisioning.
Regarding system backups: we provide daily and weekly (last Friday) offsite backups. Backup copies can be restored at business day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM GMT +02. Information about how to order backup restoration can be found here.
